The requirement…
Continental Landscapes was formed in 1989 and is a member of the Krinkels Group, who operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK. Smartideas UK was approached by Continetal Landscapes Lincoln branch to design and install a new network infrastructure in there training facility.
The solution…
The new training facility was located 250 meters away from there main offices so would require a fibre optic backbone connecting the two buildings.
Two 8 core OM4 50/125μm tight buffered optical fibre cables were installed in a combination steel wire mesh tray work and ducting to the main core comms cabinet.
The new training room was fitted out with 24 CAT5e data outlets installed in 3 compartment dado trunking to accommodate PC`s and IP phone connections.
