We can ensure your Intruder system continues working correctly and effectively. It is recommended that your alarm system is maintained every 6 months for monitored systems and every 12 months for a bells only system.

Intruder Alarm Maintenance Packages

We offer Preventative maintenance packages to ensure routine servicing of your Intruder Alarm is carried out on a scheduled basis. Smart Ideas also offer corrective maintenance service for your Alarm system whether we have installed the system or not. You can count on us to correct any issues or faults to return your system back to full operation swiftly.

  • Installation meets the ‘as fitted’ document

  • Stand by battery test

  • Test operation of detection devices (Full walk test)

  • Tamper detection test

  • Setting and unsetting test

  • Entry and exit procedures

  • Operation of warning devices and external sounder

  • Test and verify signalling equipment

  • Electrical connections tested

  • Check and adjust time & date

  • Correct minor defects and produce historical report.

Our fixed price service packages are for a minimum of 12 months from start date

We do not have a tie in period for our Intruder Alarm service packages, simply renew if you are happy with our service.
